• Shipping costs: Standard shipping costs through your mail carrier. We provide FREE shipping over $125 order for US customers, and over $250 for US wholesale accounts. Customer is responsible for all taxes, duties and import fees. Canadian customer please choose UPS worldwide expedited to have most fees included.

Return Policy: To return an item for a refund, please

1. Contact us for authorization. Shoot us an email at customerservice@rhinoskinsolutions.com with “return” in the subject section.
2. Send a photo of the product and packing slip and describe the reason for the return.  
3. All exchanges and returns will be charged 25% restocking fee.
4. Items must be in new and unused condition to be returned. Please be sure to pack the items well to prevent damage.

Actions needed to take place:

1. A claim must be logged via the courier company.
2. Once the package has been declared lost and undeliverable, we will then give you a refund or replace the order.
