Shipping
We aim to ship every package within 48 hours. Shipping inside the USA is a flat $7, and free on orders of $100 or more.
Returns
You have 30 days after your order arrives to ask for a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us first, because we can't accept items sent back without a return request. Return shipping is on you. Opened or used personal care products can't be returned.
If something is wrong
If an item arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong thing, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you. That one is on us.
