Ten minutes tonight. A better session tomorrow.
Pumped forearms an hour after the session. Shoulders that feel every drop knee. Quads that remember every pedal stroke and every turn. The sore stuff comes from the same place the beat-up hands do: doing what you love, hard.
Capsaicinyou'll feel Massage Cream working. That's the point
7botanicals: arnica, ginger, turmeric, willow bark, magnesium, chili, black pepper
10 mintonight does more for tomorrow than almost anything you can buy
Redmond, ORmade in our own 100% solar-powered facility
Massage Cream is curry for your body.
Arnica, ginger, turmeric, willow bark, and magnesium, with chili, black pepper, and cinnamon oils to drive it in. It warms up fast and it can tingle. That's the capsaicin doing its job. The RAD Roller, cups, and acupressure ring do the work your hands are too tired to do. Tape backs up whatever's tweaky.
None of it is complicated. Warm the tissue, move it, let it rest. The routine below is what our athletes do at the van, the mat, and the lodge.
The fix, start to finish
Months out to the night after. Then you do it again.
Prevention is cheaper than repair, and repair sets up the next round of prevention. The loop looks like this.
- 1Months out
Build the ten-minute routine into every session. Warm, roll, cup, sleep. Consistency is the whole trick.
- 2Weeks out
Before a big block or trip, add the tools nightly. Fascia that's been moved regularly handles volume better.
- 3Night before
Massage Cream on the muscles you'll load tomorrow. Roller on calves and forearms. Early night.
- 4During
Ring between burns. Massage Cream at the lunch break on anything tightening up. Tape whatever's tweaky.
- 5After
Massage Cream on forearms, shoulders, low back, quads. Roller, cups. Then sleep, which is where the rebuild happens.
- 6Start again
Tomorrow is a session, not a rest day you didn't ask for. Repeat.

It goes straight to your cart and the page stays put.
01After the session
Step 1
Warm it up.
Massage Cream on forearms, shoulders, low back, and quads. Work it in for a minute. It heats up and tingles, and the tissue loosens. Massage Oil if you'd rather do a longer, slower rub without the heat.
02Then move it
Step 2
Let the tools do the work.
The acupressure ring rolls down each finger between burns and at the van. The RAD Roller gets forearms, calves, and quads. The Wave Tool cups pull fascia apart where it's glued down. Five minutes each and tomorrow is a different day.
03Whatever's tweaky
Step 3
Back it up.
Rhinos' Own tape supports the finger, wrist, or elbow that's talking to you so you can keep training while it settles. Not a fix. A backup.

Muscle & Joint Recovery
The science of sore
You don't get strong during the session. You get strong afterward.
Hard work tears muscle, microscopically, and the body rebuilds it stronger over the next day or two. The soreness that shows up the morning after was described in 1902 and still doesn't have a complete explanation, but the practical part is settled: tissue that gets warmed, moved, and rested recovers faster than tissue that gets ignored. Fascia, the connective wrap around every muscle, is the part that gets stiff when you skip it.
Everything in Massage Cream has a history. Arnica has been used on bruises and sore muscles in European folk medicine for centuries. Willow bark is where aspirin came from, isolated in the 1800s. Capsaicin, the heat in chili, works on a receptor called TRPV1 that wasn't identified until 1997 and earned a Nobel Prize in 2021. It's what makes the cream warm up and tingle, and the warmth is the point.
The tools are older than the cream. Cupping shows up in the Ebers Papyrus around 1550 BC. Rollers and acupressure are newer, but the idea is the same: move the tissue your hands are too tired to move.

Why it happens
Three ways it goes wrong. Three fixes.
Pump is traffic.
Blood and metabolites stuck in a tight forearm. Warm it, move it, and it clears.
Fix: Massage Cream and the ring →Fascia glues down.
Tissue that doesn't get moved after hard work sticks together and gets stiff. That's tomorrow's tightness.
Fix: roller and cups →Sleep is the recovery.
Everything above just sets you up. The rebuild happens overnight, and sore tissue sleeps badly.
Fix: Massage Cream before bed →
What recovery looks like at the van.
Shoes off, Massage Cream on the forearms while you talk about the project. It warms up in a minute. The ring down each finger. The roller on the calves if you hiked in. Cups on the shoulder that's been cranky all week.
It's not a ritual anyone brags about. It's the reason the session tomorrow is a session and not a rest day you didn't ask for.

Field notes
Things we learned the hard way.
1
Warm before you roll
Massage Cream first, then the tools. Warm tissue moves better.
2
Wash your hands after
Capsaicin plus eyes is a bad night. Soap and water after you apply.
3
Don't roll an injury
Sore is fine. Sharp, swollen, or lingering pain deserves a real look from a medical professional.
4
Consistency beats intensity
Ten minutes every night beats an hour on Sunday.
