Stop Guessing About Your Skin

Most climbers manage skin by feel — too dry, too soft, somewhere in between. The Skin Analyzer gives you an actual moisture reading, so you can see where your hands are before a session instead of finding out on the first crux.

How It Works

Press the sensor to your skin and read the moisture content on the display. Battery powered and small enough to keep in a chalk bag or gear bin.

Why It Matters

Skin that's too dry goes glassy and loses friction. Skin that's too soft tears. Knowing which direction you're heading tells you whether to reach for Hydrate or for Tip Juice — rather than guessing and correcting after the damage is done.

FAQs

Skin moisture content. You get a reading off the sensor rather than judging by feel.

Battery powered — no charging cable to keep track of.

Low moisture means your skin is heading toward glassy and needs hydration — that's Hydrate or Repair. High moisture means soft skin that tears more easily, where a drying product like Tip Juice or Dry Spray helps.

Anyone dialing in a skin routine — climbers projecting at their limit, coaches working with athletes, or anyone who wants to track what their products are actually doing over time rather than guessing.

unclear if it works

I basically always get the same reading - 10%. My skin is generally quite dry, so it gets that part right, but it still does vary from day-to-day and I was hoping this might be able too pick up on that variance. Even if I moisturize my fingertips and immediately use the analyzer, there's no change. Seems like a waste of money.

Sounds like the analyzer is working properly. 10% is a very rare reading to get and would take quite a bit of effort to resolve. Spit spray while climbing would probably be of great use and daily use of Split+ or Repair. Moisturising ususlay wont imediately change moisture levels. It could change oil leves first.

Good for what it is. Point deducted for not coming with the necessary button batteries and this not being mentioned on the product page
